1. Introduction
Welcome to AMACON Lead, the trading name of AMACON B.V., registered in the Netherlands. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, memberships, services, and products, including but not limited to our MentCoPro®, Leadership Development Programs, and Business Leadership Services. By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
• AMACON Lead refers to AMACON B.V., its employees, affiliates, and service providers.
• User refers to any person accessing the website, purchasing a membership, or using the services offered by AMACON Lead.
• Member refers to an individual, student, or company who subscribes to an AMACON Lead membership.
• MentCoPro® refers to the mentoring, coaching, and workshop services provided by AMACON Lead.
• Service refers to any product, membership, workshop, event, mentoring, or coaching session offered by AMACON Lead.
3. Services Offered
AMACON Lead provides the following key services:

MentCoPro® – Mentoring, coaching, and team-building workshops for individuals and teams.

Leadership Development Programs – Programs for emerging and seasoned leaders, focusing on skills like ethical decision-making, transformational leadership, and business social responsibility.

Business Leadership – Interim leadership, executive placement, and strategic advisory services.
Each service may have its own specific terms and cancellation policies as outlined below.
4. Membership Conditions
AMACON Lead offers memberships to individuals, students, and companies. The benefits, fees, and conditions of these memberships are as follows:
Membership Types:

Individual Membership: For professionals seeking leadership development, mentoring, and community support.

Student Membership: Free access to resources, mentoring, and community engagement for students.

Company Membership: Provides organizations with team access to leadership workshops, community resources, and corporate branding opportunities.
Membership Fees & Payments:

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Fees are paid annually or as specified during the purchase process.

Members are notified of renewals at least 30 days in advance, and if no action is taken, memberships will automatically renew.
Cancellation:

Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, no refund will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

Corporate memberships require a 30-day notice before renewal to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
5. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. By using our services, you authorize AMACON Lead to charge you for applicable fees.

Payment Methods: Credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer (where applicable), or any other agreed payment method.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, AMACON Lead may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment is not received within 7 days, services may be suspended.

Price Changes: AMACON Lead reserves the right to update service fees and membership prices. Price changes will not affect current billing cycles, and members will be notified before the next renewal.
6. Refund Policy
AMACON Lead provides clear guidelines on refunds for its memberships, workshops, and mentoring services.
Membership Refunds:

Individual Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Company Memberships: Refunds are only issued if the request is made before the start of the membership.
Mentoring & Coaching Refunds:

Refunds for 1:1 sessions must be requested within 48 hours of the session. The request must explain why the session did not provide new insights or guidance.

If two refund requests are made within a 12-month period, AMACON Lead may terminate the coaching agreement.
Workshop Refunds:

Cancellations made 14 days before the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable.

If a workshop is canceled by AMACON Lead, a full refund will be issued.
Additional Costs:
For leadership development programs, cancellation costs related to venue, catering, and travel costs will be passed on to the client if these costs cannot be canceled with the supplier.
7. Mentoring, Coaching, & Workshop Conditions
Mentoring & Coaching:

Mentoring is available as 1:1 sessions or group mentoring.

Clients are responsible for booking their sessions at least 48 hours in advance.

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Workshops:

Workshops are available as half-day, full-day, or virtual sessions.•

Customized workshops for companies are subject to additional fees.
8. Use of the Website
By using the AMACON Lead website, you agree to the following:

Do not misuse our site by engaging in illegal activities or distributing malware.

Do not share your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us at hello@amacon-lead.com.

Do not copy or redistribute our content without written permission from AMACON Lead.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and tools provided on our website, through workshops, and in our programs are owned by AMACON B.V.. This includes course content, training guides, and the MentCoPro® brand.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
10. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
AMACON Lead complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

AMACON Lead reserves the right to terminate a membership if:
